I've been to KL a few times and not really interested in the tourist/city center so this was a good location for me. Plenty of shops nearby and the MRT is right there so I was able to go check out a night market just 3 stops away. The host was extremely accommodating, as I arrived quite late and he waited to let me in. Better yet, he set up the machines for a massage and took me to the hot springs the next day. I used the gym and sauna...and was impressed with the modern facilities. Next time I'll try the swimming pool!

From the very beginning, communication was smooth. The host promptly provided clear instructions for self check-in, including detailed directions from the airport (via taxi, metro, or bus) and step-by-step guidance once I reached the property. This made my arrival stress-free. The check-in process was well organized. I appreciated the pictures and instructions that made it easy to find the entrance, mailbox, and unit. The host also shared a visitor QR code in advance in case security asked, which was very helpful. The apartment itself was neat and comfortable. Wifi was reliable, and amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and Sky Garden were an added bonus. I was also allowed to use the washing machine, which made my longer journey more convenient. What stood out most was the host’s hospitality. They patiently guided me when I had questions, promptly came downstairs to assist me upon arrival, and kindly accommodated a late checkout when I felt unwell. Their friendly and gracious attitude made me feel at home. Overall, this was a wonderful stay with a very caring host. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, especially if you value clear communication, comfort, and thoughtful hosting
