I had a wonderful stay here before and after my trek. A quiet getaway from Pokhara's beautiful but busy streets, this location is spectacular, with stunning views of the mountains and surrounding region. With just a short walk, you reach a fantastic sunrise viewpoint. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Moti and his family are the most lovely hosts. I truly felt at home and cared for throughout my stay, and I look forward to returning in the future!

Localisation optimale, juste à l’entrée du centre-ville, à 100 m du temple principal. Une belle terrasse qui plonge dans l’ambiance de la ville. Petit-déjeuner copieux et possibilité d’y dîner le soir avec un personnel très accueillant.

L’établissement Nirvana Kuti se trouve à Katmandou, à respectivement quelques pas et 300 mètres de ces lieux d’intérêt : Place du Darbâr et Hanuman Dhoka. Our window view was of a temple, and you are literally two blocks from Kathmandu Durbar Square. The room had charging plugs right near the bed, and each room is its own floor so the bathroom — adjacent — is private. There is a water dispenser and a kettle on each floor as well. Bobby suggested that we use the roof are to dry clothes, but he also provides a clothespin rack inside (it’s monsoon season). Bobby was super helpful — met me at the airport, showed us where to change money, helped us buy umbrellas, booked our Tourist bus to Pokhara, arranged for a taxi pickup, and each was a value-for-money experience. He let us store our luggage for our days away for a small fee. The room is only fan-cooled, but I’d gladly put up with the “a little steamy” for the location and the support.

This is a house of a local family, so it’s a best way to stay here and get the most of local life. I spent a whole week here for the Nepali new year and had several Newari dinner meals with the host’s family (include a new year feast). I learned to properly eat with my hand. And I appreciate they changed the food every day a bit when I said I like to try more kinds of local food. The rooptop is the best place to have a full view of the Dubar Square and valley, I really enjoyed to stay up there every morning and night, so peaceful and chill. During the festival, the host provided all the infos about when and where to see the celebrations and even show me around, tell stories about Bhaktapur and the festival. It’s the place I would like to come back one day.

They were extremely helpful with suggesting restaurant and organizing laundry services, etc. great views of Pokhara from the rooms and highest floor. The room was very clean and spacious.
