I TRULY recommend this place when you visit Bohol!!!

Between the mini houses is a good parking spot so u don’t have to worry about carrying ur stuffs in distances. The house location is slightly far from the road and from the property bar so there’s not much noise pollution. And the cats are in good health and friendly (drawn to boys than girls or just us hahaha~) The caretaker/receptionist is very accommodating and helpful to our needs, prolly one of the best I ever experienced (super thank you for making our stay comfortable and answered our inquiries with no hesitations 🫶) Wished we could’ve taken more photos to promote it or post it on gmaps or their facebook page but I hope this review will help them to be known more or be chosen to be booked hehe

Situated in Panglao, 1 km from Alona Beach and 12 km from Hinagdanan Cave, Katulganan Inn features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 21 km from Baclayon Church. Don’t let the lack of reviews put you off! This place is new and we had a great stay. Good location away from the noise, but only 7 minute walk to the centre. The road is a dirt road, but only a tiny section got muddy when it rained, so very easy to traverse. Also somewhat well lit. The staff were incredibly friendly and so lovely. They’d honestly do anything for you. We were running late for our ferry and they drove us themselves to the port. The room was really clean and the place is new. You also get a bug light in the room, which gives you peace of mind against mosquitoes. You’re also provided a kettle with coffee and some shampoo and body wash. The shower was on the colder side, but the pressure was amazing, best we’ve had so far. You are near local families, so expect some animal noises but it wasn’t too bothersome.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the homestay free of charge. The homestay provides a shared lounge. I really enjoyed staying at this place, the owners and their kids are so cute! Even the dog is cute! New building, simple but stylish room, very large terrace with 4 chairs, balcony on the other side of the room, shared bathroom only for 2 rooms, so it's not a bother. The hostess gives cups, plates, you can use the kettle. There is a good beach with clear water, it's literally a 5-minute walk along a nice street, a good food court with great prices is 7 minutes away. This location was perfect for me, I went everywhere: beaches and caves of the Andes, a waterfall and a cold stream, a lake camp in the mountains. I highly recommend Tsada Balay. I would gladly come back to them again. Thanks for great hospitality.

Fitness classes are available at the property. A bicycle rental service is available at the homestay. Lovely new family owned hotel / mini resort. Very clean and modern accomondation with nice pool. The owners are willing to help you in everything you need. I recommend to rent a scooter from them (very reasonable pricing) because you will get so much more from Anda and surrounding areas if you have a scooter. And it's very easy to drive and traffic is very light.

Situated on the beachfront, this property features a private beach area. The guest house has family rooms. I sincerely recommend this hotel. Very spacious apartment, fully equipped. Huge bathroom, well-decorated. Hot water in the shower and clean towels. Comfortable beds, great air conditioning. Very nice and helpful owner and very nice service. Nice surroundings, smiling and very positive people.
