He helped us out with motorbike renting after we left the hotel. The facilities where all excellent; super clean rooms and sheets. The bathroom had a tub and a big rain shower as well. All aspects of the hotel were just perfect and we really thank Khon from the bottom of our hearts for all the effort and energy he puts in to his customers and hotel! Thank you from Lotte and Sjors

I had a room with a fan and a shared bathroom/shower. The facilities were very clean, the room was tidy and had all the basic stuff you need. The area is safe and beautiful, there's a 7/11 right there and also a couple of local restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. From the room with AC, fresh drinking water, beautiful greenery on the courtyard to hospitable owner. In the kitchen you can have some eggs, toast and jam + tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. Also, you can use the washing machine, just paying 10 baht for the detergent. Guesthouse is located in a bit of distance from the center of action, but nice walkable distance. We enjoyed walking and discovering the city.

Not what you'd expect done an alley - but just 10min walk to Koa San Rd, we booked 2nights & wanted to extend 2 but they were full - which isn't surprising! Our Room was in separate building around the corner- looks recently done & very nice too- great shower & aircon, fridge in room, kettle in reception area with free tea/coffee etc, quaint vintage decor which is lovely to see & has a great feel about the place too. Breakfast was great! The manager & staff are fabulous & so friendly & helpful - would've extended if we could & would definitely stay again- which we may in a couple of weeks of they have availability!
