We never met Quyet but he was great in his communication, responsive and helpful. If we are back to Hà Nội we won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Surprisingly quiet due to it next right next the the main road along the pond just down a short passage. We were on the 6th floor so view was good I could just see and hear the exercise groups in the mornings. Would come back.

Stella’s attention to detail was evident in the freshly baked bread, homemade marmalade, and the delightful surprise of different fresh fruits each day. Stella and her family truly made my stay memorable with their warmth and hospitality. Their helpful suggestions for tours allowed me to fully enjoy the beauty of Hanoi. Additionally, the location of the jaccommodation was very convenient, making it easy to explore Hanoi. The area is VERY near the lake and the cathedral. It is near shops and food stalls. She makes sure you get all your meals ready and prepares them for you. She was so kind in always asking if i needed anything since i was traveling alone. If you are looking for a place to stay in old quarter hanoi, affordable, comfy and clean, stay in this place!

The host was super nice and very helpful, recommended us some great places to eat, on arrival he offered us some homemade cookies and water helping us with our bags to the room, he was very quick and responsive whenever we needed any help or questions. The location was literally perfect, you walk down the stairs and walk out onto the busy street where your in the heart of the tourist area with lots of great restaurants and cafes and a very convenient 7Eleven right across the street. The property is very close to all the main attractions and we found it really easy to walk to all of them. It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room but that’s just my opinion. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this property!!!!!!
