The hostess is a lovely lady. The house is very clean and comfortable. It's a fantastic location. 3 mins and you are the busy and lively center with loads of restaurants and bars yet whilst in the house it is totally peaceful and quiet. Definitely will use anytime in varna for overnight stays. Lots of street parking.

The place is in a great location and was very clean. Although the room is basically only the mattress, the mattress was very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. While there’s no microwave, there is a fridge, which it was very convenient. The room was always fresh as they have air conditioning. If you're claustrophobic, you might find the rooms a bit too compact. However, the room condition is accurately shown in the pictures, so you’ll know what to expect.

Lider house hostel is formerly known as Gagarin house. I think the Gagarin people were professional hosteliers who knew what they were doing but something happened and they took off taking Gagarin's poster with them. The hostel has kept a great deal of their professionalism though. The location is perfect for exploring the coastline north of Varna, that is if you travel by car. There is a paid parking nearby. There was hot water and a washing machine. Beds were comfy. Nice urban environment. The owners had left the dorm without heating in solidarity with the people of Ukraine who will spend the winter having difficulties heating their homes because of the war. It made me more aware of the plight of the people of Ukraine.
