Amazing! One of the best hostels I've ever stayed (I've in so many, trust me!). Interior design is jaw dropping (Japanese style), location is convenient, beds are so comfy, they give you towel and so many toiletries, all the fixtures are very premium. Complementary drinks during night and a very good and varied breakfast as well. Staff very helpful and friendly always worrying about you feeling comfy. Summarizing, it feels like a boutique hotel, you must stay and thank me later!

This hotel is AMAZING. As my first time in China, it was a little nerve-racking navigating in a language that I’m not familiar with. This hotel was extremely helpful in providing me their location in Chinese without me even asking! (None of my other hotels did this even when I requested it). They even provided me with a rough estimation of how much a taxi ride from the airport should cost me, this allowed me to get a fair price from the drivers. Throughout my arrival in Shanghai, they kept in contact with me & communicated with me up until I arrived at the hotel. Check-in was extremely easy, majority of the staff speaks English and are SO helpful. I wanted to wash my clothes one day but needed a Chinese phone number, and the staff offered to use theirs without me even asking. I love this place and cannot recommend it enough, the location is very central & close to the station, plenty of restaurants & shopping to do within walking distance. Overall, for the price & quality this place deserves a 5 stars. Thank you so much to this hotel for making my first stay in China so memorable! If I’m ever in Shanghai again I will make sure to stay here. Thank you again
