The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful the whole time we were there. The room was nice, warm and comfy and the bathroom though a bit cold was also great. The common room/reception is really cozy and has a bunch of games and books, we ended up starting a 550 piece puzzle and making friends with some other guests that came over to help. They also have all the cooking utensils and machines that you could think of available for you to use (not that we did - I just think it is very worthy of mentioning). The location was great and the whole place was just really beautiful and fun. Loved staying here, would recommend it to everyone and would definitely stay again if I found myself in Bristol.

Great location right in the city centre. Super friendly staff and guests. I stayed in a private twin room, with a sink, wardrobe and drawers. The bed was basic but comfy, and the room was toasty warm. I felt safe as a single woman (it was my first time staying in a hostel so I hadn't been sure what to expect).
