Cleanliness, availability, kindness of the staff and the location. It was the perfect place to be during my stay. I cannot recommend it more.

Best location for walking around. Hostel was very organized and well thought out. Doors were accessed by key cards and all the beds had curtains.

The hostel is a 5*,you have everything, including the towels,there is a communal area whereby you can enjoy a coffee or a drink. The staff is super helpful and professional! Gloria and Dani were super helpful and kind.

Very nice place to have a good sleep. Everything is spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. Located close to the main square but in a quiet place. There are bars & grocery stores in a walkable distance. But my favourite thing about this hostel was an interior design. Very cozy and beautiful! A perfect place to rest after a long journey!

HI Hostel Zagreb is located in the very centre of the city, in Petrinjska Street. The main city square can be reached in a short walk, while the Main Train Station is just 300 metres away.
