Booked a bed in dorm, was surprised that there were no bunk beds just 5 single beds. Wi-Fi was ok, everywhere was clean. Room was noisy as it’s in front of VIA ROMA street but it was nice to stay in the balcony and enjoy how crazy they drive in Palermo.

The hostel staff is amazing. Lucia (Argentina) at the reception and the guys from Sri Lanka are very kind. Rita is also amazing! She keeps the hostel clean and organized. They make a difference in the service and attention. The facilities are great. I recommend it!

I arrived after a double booking by "Into Palermo" B&B - warning many of these B&Bs in Palermo are not in accordance with law with no staff on premises. I was rescued off the street by a wonderful woman at 2200 at night, having been initially ghosted by the owner of "Into Palermo" who denied the double booking, stated he had no hotels.com account, I was so upset to be left on the streets as a single female so late at night. Anyway was welcomed at 2230 by staff of Sunrise hostel who agreed to accept a late night booking.
