This is a hotel with a young and dynamic style, which is beside the small canal in Venice and near the port, easily accessible by boat. Rooms are large, clean and tidy. I really love the large yard, where everybody can gather to enjoy music or just sunbath.

great place! It is very well localized, the staff was super educated and polite. The room was clean, good shower and good bed. In general a very nice place.

Totally exceeded my expectations. The service lady was exceptionally nice and the room I stayed in was clean. No problems at all with what the reviews said. There were no bugs. And there were mosquito lights. The bathroom also has a bathtub. But no hairdryer. I was lucky enough to see my neighbour's kitten downstairs. The location is also particularly good. The people staying with us were interesting too

The place is very nice the house is a little bit old but very unique The guy is very polite and it was so useful! He gave me all the information To get to place (is difficult to arrive because maps doesn't work very well in venice) he came to pick me and helped me with the bags and to find a place to eat and what to visit there is also a microwave and a kitchen so if you want to cheap travel is perfect
