Location: 10/10, Everything is just walking distance to everything you need. Grocery, bus stops, all the restaurants, the lake and the park. Room: I booked the queen room with private bathroom for a week and then transferred to the dormitory for one day due to availability. I get to experience both and I can say that both of them are worth the price. They provide towels on private rooms but you have to rent towels in dormitory so make sure you bring your own towel if you do not want to rent when staying in dorms. Cleanliness: They do cleaning everyday and never had any complaints with the place's cleanliness I will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to my friends travelling to Queenstown.

The lodge was easy to find once we got into Queenstown. Our room was cosy, warm, quiet and surprisingly spacious! The unit we stayed in felt like a house. The shared kitchen was huge and was open plan. It led to the lounge which led outside to a secluded seating area for our unit. The shared bathroom facility in our unit was clean and toiletries were supplied. Everything was organised and well laid out for the guests staying. It was better than what I expected.

Good Hostel. Great location, great price and the communal storage for ski/board gear was handy. The staff were very accommodating, genuine people. Enjoyed my stay here and would book again.

I was only staying for one night so was one of the cheapest places i could find in Queenstown and it was still pricey for a dorm room. However, the location is great and its a big hostel, so lots going on - great if you’re up for meeting new people or want a mix of activities. My dorm had its own bathroom which was handy and great that the toilet and shower room were separate.

Great location near all the action. The common area, Ms. Lucy's bar was the classic social area for a hostel with pool table, board games. The bar was under renovation during our stay, with that open I imagine it to be an even better social area. Note that most people renting this place will go for dorms, this review is for a family room: one double bed and a bunk bed for two. The double bed was huge, probably king size, could have easily fit three people.

Cheap hostel. Curtains on your bunk bed in a 6 bed dorm room. Close to city centre. Close to gondola and harbour. A common room with big sofa's, 3 small kitchen, reasonably clean. Friendly staff. Small closet with space under beds to store your bags. You need to bring your own padlock. Clean bedlinnen. Cleaning is done every day by the girls working at the reception. Electronic door keys. Close by to sky field and other attractions.

Great location, staff were very helpful helping us out with using their phone etc. and directions. As for the hostel, you get what you pay for, don't expect the Hilton. We booked a twin and unexpectantly got bunk beds which was fun 😎.

I paid 102 NZD for a bunk bed in an 8-beds dormitory which is extremely overpriced. The room is just like other hostels, nothing fancy or anything worth 102NZD. While other hostels are charging around 50 NZD for a bed.
