The staff were very helpful, upon arrival I was shown to my room, then shown all of the facilities on offer. There are several bathrooms with toilets and showers, as well as a kitchen with free tea and coffee, water refill, microwave, cutlery and plates, and a seating area. There are large lockers in the dorm (need own lock), AC in the room keeps it cool. There's a light, shelf, and sockets at each bed in the dorm. Showers were good, strong pressure and hot water. It's a shame I could only stay 1 night, would have been a very comfortable stay for several nights.

The apartment is family friendly. It's great that they've provided bunk beds in the other room to accomodate more family members. The wifi connection is fast. The caretaker is friendly and prompt in responding to our needs.

We are happy with everything. Cha-cha is very nice, and her husband is a great singer 😆 there is everything you need for life for a very low price. There is a kitchen and recreation areas. The house is very beautiful. the room was small, but we only slept there, there is a lot of space on the territory for spending time.

basic room but great value for money. nice quirky 1 night stay for the whale sharks. whale shark place is a 1 minute walk away from the hostel. Ken who works at the Hostel is so good. so friendly and so happy to help you get to and from places.

Claytown is my ultimate favorite guest house ever. The staff have assisted me with the everything possible. They exemplify the highest standards of hotel hospitality. And their little boy shines with all the love and positive attention he receives from his remarkable parents. There are good restaurants within walking distance. And a fruit and vegetable market and a small grocery store.
