This hostel is of high quality and I really enjoyed being there and even extended my stay. Firstly, comfortable spacious beds with thick curtains where you have your own space. Good lockers for things with a key, the room and bathroom are always clean. Perfect location in the center of Haadrin where you can get to all three beaches and bars easily. The hostel bar has a great atmosphere, the music in the evenings is just crazy in a good way so you might not to go to parties)) I work remotely and the wi-fi was decent especially in the common areas. Also a lot of places to work - a soft sofa or desks with chairs. Special thanks to the owner of the hostel, who was always there and gave very useful information and he is just a very cool guy, with whom it is pleasant to talk!)

It’s a gem and hear me out here. You want European comfort, but at the same time experience that local backpacker vibe, but not in some hardcore way. This is it! It’s a perfectly located (5 min from pier on foot, literally across the street from Food Court), with top tier breakfast in their own restaurant, but what is most amazing is that they have local community daily events, like yoga, trip to waterfall, family dinner etc., and it’s all for free! I cannot think of better way to meet cool people and do stuff together, but remain on your own terms if you decide to. Ah, they did even give us free soda drinks and a CAKE as complimentary, I mean c’mon, guys, you’re amazing!

Amazing people and vibes! When it’s full moon, 5 days party in row and variety of party which is pool party, bubble party, karaoke party!! Also there’s free shot from 10pm. It’s the best hostel to go for pre party 🥳 When it’s between full moon, so chill and quiet! You can have relax time and local vibes. Everyone is like a family in the hostel! There’s some cute puppies🥰 you can cuddle with them!

Location was perfect for my purpose, as I wanted to stay close to the Thongsala Pier. The ambience is very pleasant, bright, and soothing. Staff is wonderful, helpful, and patient and even the owners are amazing folks, whom I was fortunate to have met. It is newly constructed and fresh. I even got invited to their opening party, which was amazing, as I got to meet most of the partners investing in this hostel. Its definitely worth every dime I paid. Even though its smaller than most hostels, it was one of my best ones in my trip to Thailand, this year. Next time I return to KP, surely checking-in to this place.

Highly recommend this lovely hostel.. to echo many other reviews I initially booked one night at Barsay, and ended up staying over 2 weeks☺️ The owner Tahsin is a legend, and this therefore creates a lovely, social and relaxed atmosphere and vibe among everyone staying. The free filtered water refill and breakky station was greatly appreciated! Seriously the loveliest place, I made wonderful friends and so many memories ❤️ Big thank you 🦎

    Fantastic friendly hostel in a great location. I stayed in the 5 person dorm - rooms were big and clean and the bed very comfy - the bathroom is actually really cool. All the hostel staff are so friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. There's a really high quality pool table as well! Will definitely stay at Tangerine Dream again - thank you :)

    EVERYTHING!!! it was welcoming, felt safe, great location, very good value for money, the beds were super comfortable, friendly atmosphere but most of all the thing that really made our stay here special was the host, he was so friendly and helpful, he gave us suggestions on where to go and offered to get tickets for events for us. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough.

    Very friendly staff. Nice chill out area. Comfy mattresses. They've also just opened their very own bar! Great location overall. The host, Boy, helped us out loads with booking cheap scooters and our outgoing ferry. Hugely recommend. Thanks for our stay.
