The staff was realy good, especially for Sara, she was so very kind to us when the first time we arrive at hostel, she arrange our room and explain all the facilities to us. We like all the facilities espesially the kitchen, we saw everybody cook and eat together in the same room. It was so warm. The room it's so great with mointain view. This is recomended for family travelling.

The host was super welcoming and friendly and had hosted us with a big smile, positive energy, and with our room ready. The room was HUGE and we had a little balcony, which we really, really enjoyed! We rented eBikes which we absolutely LOVED, and there is no better price in the area than at this hostel. The location was perfect, close and far enough from the center, close to a number of grocery stores. There was free coffee, which made a HUGE difference 🙏🏼 All the necessary kitchen supplies were there and we were able to cook. We were able to park at the property, and the host let us leave our car for a few hours after our check out. I will DEFINITELY stay at Walter's Hostel the next time I visit Interlaken, and it is definitely happening again! They provided me gluten free buns for breakfast.
