Jona and Jane are two super friendly souls, who had a nice word for everyone, and made all guests feel at home. I had a question about the beds, and did not even have to request, but was offered a room with a larger bed for me and my teenage daughter. Also, on the day of arrival, we lost our connecting train and arrived super late, and all the while we tried to find alternative routes, Jona kept in contact and ensured, there will be no problem at all with check in. The hostel itself is also a wonderful place, with a large common area where there is free coffee (and sometimes even cookies!) available, kitchen is small, but fully equipped, and the housing consists of different compartments so that despite of many rooms it never felt crowded or loud. All in all, we loved it and would return without any doubt.

They had this ‘spa’ bathroom with supplies in case you get your period and weren’t prepared.

The location was very close to Berlin Central Train Station. We can say it was a 5-minute walk. We didn't have time to try the breakfast.
