The guy at the reception with a moustache and played a guitar was exceptional ..very welcoming and hospitable ..to say he was kind is an understatement .. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful and they helped you out whenever needed. I really liked that they offered a couple of games and an evening program too! Online Check in and Check out made it very easy to organize everything.
