Located next to Galway Railway and Bus Station, Galway City Hostel - Solo Traveller Hostel overlooks Eyre Square. With free WiFi, printing, and luggage storage, the hostel also offers continental breakfast and a shared lounge. The reception staff can arrange tours to the Cliffs of Moher, Connemara, and the Aran Islands. The property was in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the train and bus stations and the main square. It’s very central, you can comfortably walk to all the key points in Galway. The dorms had comfortable layouts and the facilities were always clean. The staff are awesome, trying to get everyone mingling about and helping with tips! The breakfast spread was superb, too!

The Nest Boutique Hostel offers a majority of double and twin ensuite rooms which have comfy beds, soft linen, power showers, fridges and contemporary Irish art work. Family bedrooms and dormitories are also available The Nest was such a cute spot! Not super busy and clean facility. Loved that it was right by the shore and bus stops right in front of it.

This comfortable, modern hostel is set in the centre of Galway, just 100 metres from Eyre Square. The Dawson Galway City offers a free Wi-Fi zone and a large outdoor terrace.

The Dawson Galway has a 24-hour reception and offers currency exchange and a large luggage room with lockers to store all belongings. The location was great, but my absolute favorite was the kitchen size. Even when everyone was cooking, there were 3 different stovetops. Most hostels don't have such roomy dining rooms. Also, free breakfast was appreciated. The other travelers were also friendly just like the staff.

The Delphi Resort and its bar and restaurant where we had delicious dinner and breakfast. The place is surrounded by nature: river, mountains, forest.

Woodquay hostel offers a free light continental breakfast which consists of cereal, tea, coffee and toast. This was our first time staying at a Hostel. A family of 4, 2 kids. The girls were excited about the bunk beds. The staff was SUPER nice and the location was perfect. We parked a few minutes walk and it worked out great. We had a room with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom/shower. Everything was clean and felt super safe and comfortable.
