The host Shiori is the sweetest person ever. She taught my partner how to play the cello then we played together in the sunset at the beach. Fukutsu is a wonderful, charming town. The house is clean and tidy, with great facilities, its always nice having access to a washing machine.

Staff is exceptional! Very nice, communicative, and went above and beyond with my circumstances (early luggage drop off, keeping luggage after check in, among other things). Private room was spacious, though a bit "run down" - it's an older home. Bathrooms are always clean and available, even though there are only two showers. Free water, tea, and coffee. Informational brochures in the lobby!
