Laundry is available at an extra charge. Everything! The lady running the hostel was the most amazing host ever. She gave a lot of advice about where to eat, visit and onsen. And she booked us everything. The location is perfect to move around by bus with the Hakone free pass. Everything was cleaned and super!

I liked the 3rd floor lounge, the view was spectacular and it was really convenient. Suitable for long-term stays as well.
