- Weka Wing (Rooms 1-24) Comfortable with essential amenities. Great place to stay. I was really impressed with my room. Its one of those rooms where you have everything you need. Twin super comfy beds, a small fridge, a Kettle, Place to hang stuff, Fan, All the other essential stuff that makes your life so much easier and organised. It had a toilet and shower, a hair drier. And all these things aren't squeezed in as well, you still have enough space. It's the attention to detail that went in to the design that I was impressed with. Towels, Packets of Coffee, Tea etc. and a shower that has the force to punch a hole in the wall. Just perfect!

Ivorytowers Accommodation is situated opposite Westland National Park rainforest and mountains, just a 4-minute walk from Fox Glacier Village. Guests can enjoy a hot tub surrounded by native bush land, a sauna and free WiFi. The room and kitchen are spacious and the owner has a very cute dog. Three minutes walk to the firefly trail. Because of my negligence I forgot my stuff in the backpacker, after contacting the owner he sent it to me, thank you very much for this backpacker!

All rooms include a free vegetable soup in the evening as well as BBQ facilities and free use of the spa pool. What an amazing hostel! Very nice staff, very clean rooms. They even offer free soup very night, have free popcorn and a hot-pot. Shared rooms were great and everything was there you might need.

Great location in the centre of town, lovely large windows to bring in the breeze, tidy and clean rooms, fresh paint job in the spacious toilets, comfy beds and most of all friendly Phil the manager. Loved the Māwhera Pā experience down the road to find out about local history in a really engaging contemporary way.

The pods feature a privacy curtain, a power point and a USB port. We were expecting shared bathrooms but each had a private ensuite, which was great! Wonderful hostel vibes but with hotel amenities. Free veggie soup for dinner, and free breakfast.
