It included a bathroom, bedroom, a living room area, refrigerator, microwave. Our room here was bigger than some of the Airbnb properties we have been to. We thought it was nice that they bring your breakfast to you, since the rooms have a table area where you can eat. The shared kitchen has everything we needed. Hot water always available. The area that the hotel is in feels safe and is pretty close to everything, maybe 5 minutes' walk from the central plaza, very close to multiple grocery stores, lots of restaurants, etc. The place is located in a quiet street. The airport transfer service is reliable. Definitely one of the nicest places we've stayed in, if not the nicest.
