The trip was very well organised, lovely amazing team running the whole trip. The hostels we stayed in were great and the food was always amazing! Even the veg :) Every evening was filled with laughter and fun drinks with the drivers! It was a very authentic experience, I enjoyed every day. I wish I could have done more than 4 days. I chose the self drive option and ended up making it. The trip was challenging and not for the faint hearted, I would only recommend if you are really confident! There were also a lot of police checkpoints but the team helped me get through them!

The food is delicious and truly captures the taste of Vietnam. The drinks and cocktails are carefully selected and mixed, creating an unforgettable experience. Rain or shine, staying at NoMadders is simply f***ing awesome. If you’re ever considering a trip to Ha Giang, choose NoMadders. You won’t find a more perfect place in all of Vietnam.

We stayed for one night, but everything was great. Excellent value for money, very nice host, great location in the center, but just aroun the corner so it is calm. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
