The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Location is closest to Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. It is right next to Ramada hotel in Downtown. 15 mins from international airport. All facilities and amenities are available. The apartment receives nice sunlight and has a beautiful pool view. As you enter the building, you will have best photo spot for Burj Khalifa and Fountain. Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Next to Burj Khalifa and dubai mall. 2 mins walking distance. Many restaurants, bars, shisha places at walking distance. Dubai opera is next doors (1 mins walk) Burj park is 2 mins away - good area for family time. Spa, salons, grocery, laundry next to the apartment. Free parking inside the building will be provided upon request.
