A pre-authorization is required prior to arrival; please note that for debit cards, a charge may be applied before your arrival.
Extra beds are available only in suite room types.
Amendments cannot be made after the free cancellation period.

The Kids Club is complimentary for hotel guests for up to 2 hours, and also for guests with reservations at our restaurants, bars, or spa for a maximum of 2 hours. Half board is included as part of suite benefits but is not valid from December 27th to January 4th.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of AED 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
