Located in the lovely, quiet residential area of Cedar Valley Gardens, this private, cozy, air conditioned home is ideal for singles or couples. It includes bathroom, kitchen, living & dining room. Equipped with cooker, refrigerator, water heater, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, ceiling fans, internet & cableTV. Located 5-10 mins from the city, beach, airport and major supermarkets, with a car or by public transportation, it's the perfect location to get to everywhere quickly and easily!

I play the guitar and I Love the 80s! I also enjoy easy listening music from Sirius XM The Bridge. My motto is "Treat people the way you would want to be treated".
