Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This is a modern and refined space completely brand new and a new apartment building of excellent qualities! 10 minutes from Lungomare! Ideal for family and friends who want to come and explore the city or also if they come for holiday. You have free parking , completely private entrance and the property is full of security cameras, that make your stay safe. Don't hesitate to book. You will love it!

The neighborhood is very quiet. Everything you need is nearby, such as Sophie caffe, Spar market, "Tre racat" square for entertainment and the bus station. There is also a pharmacy and an ambulance if needed for health problems. Parking has a private entrance with security camera . You can park 2 cars there because there is a large space.
