You and your friends/family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This brand new apartment was created solely for you to be hosted! Very spacious and practical space, just for you to enjoy. Everything about this modern apartment is brand new, and JUST renovated. The decor is simple, yet fresh and gives the property a highly likeable look for everyone: kids and adults. The sun hits the apartment throughout most the day, which makes it a very bright space, full of life.
The neighboorhood is in the most active area of the city, the center/boulevard. It is close to top places to eat, have a drink and not far away from the beach: about a 10 min walk from the closest beach. Basically located in the heart of the city, so everything you want to do is just around. A famous landmark to notice that's very close to the property is the Amphitheatre of Durres, which is just 3 minutes away.
