This charming two-floor villa is nestled in the tranquil village of Tragjas, offering a serene and peaceful retreat. Surrounded by a lush garden filled with vegetables and fruits, the villa provides a perfect escape into nature. The property features indoor parking for up to three cars. Inside, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and an additional toilet. Outside, there's a traditional wood oven, perfect for cozy fireside gatherings, along with an outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining. The warm and inviting environment is maintained with care, as my grandparents live here during the winter and have lovingly looked after the house for years.
