Located just 16 minutes drive from Saranda, Guest House Panorama Nivice offers accommodation in the studios. All studios have a big balcony with a breathtaking view of the countryside, in the small and beautiful old village of Nivice. Each unit has a capacity of 4 people (1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 sofa), a private entrance, and a private bathroom. The studios also can be booked together for a group of 8 people. They have a smart TV, a small kitchen with all the necessities a fridge, air-conditioning, free WiFi access, and a private bathroom with a shower and towels. BBQ is provided. The amazing beaches of Kakome and Lukova are a 20 - 22-minute drive. Free parking is available on-site. Please note that all the distances to beaches and visiting sites on the main page are provided by Booking based on the location and are measured in air straight lines.
