The apartment is within walking distance to the beach and to the main road. The main road runs parallel to the seafront. In the surrounding area are many shops, restaursants, cafes and bars. The town of Sarande is a 15 minute walk where there are more shops and interesting streets to walk around. Also, not far is the UNESCO heritage site of Butrint and the popular holiday destination of Ksamil.
