This lovely studio apartment is located in the heart of Yerevan, just a 3 minute walking distance from the Republic Square, in the newly renovated building, constructed in the frame of "Old Yerevan" project. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor building and has an elevator. On the 1st floor of the building is located Chinese restaurant. The apartment features an open balcony with a view of Buzand Street. It includes a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, centralized air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped kitchen with a single induction cooker and a small fridge, a washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Towels, bed linen, shampoo, and soap are provided. The distance from the apartment to Zvartnots international Airport is 12 km.

As a person who has been active in the tourism and leisure industry for over 20 years, I do know the preferences of tourists and therefore I have tried to make the apartments as comfortable as possible for the residents.
