In the heart of Echmiadzin, Julia's Place is less than a 10-minute walk to the Holy See. The apartment occupies the first floor of a detached house, with a separate entrance and parking. You have access to a 700-square meter garden filled with fruit trees, a covered terrace, and a BBQ. The studio apartment has a separate living and sleeping area. The living area has a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and flat screen TV. And the sleeping area has a bed for two, an office desk, and a big wardrobe.
Julia and her husband Edik are artists and poets, lifelong residents of Echmiadzin. They love hosting guests, telling stories, and cooking.
Julia's Place is in a quiet neighborhood just off the main street (Mashtots). Supermarkets, bus stops and taxis are all within a minute's walk from the house. The Mother See of Holy Echmiadzin where the Echmiadzin Cathedral and Gayane Church are located, is less than a 10-minute walk away. Even closer, Shoghakat Church and Hripsime Church are less than 5 minutes away. 20 minutes drive to/from Yerevan.
