Professional woman, semiretired, long time host in AirB&B and booking in Boston and Yerevan. I love traveling and hosting travelers. I spend my time bitween Yerevan and Boston.

Property information

Quiet, safe, convenient location. Rare find in Yerevan city with the lake view and Mt Ararat view. A place where you can run, swim, and kayak. There is a poplular spring water pond not far where people swim. Bus stop is a 2 min walk. Metro 25 min walk. Shops walking distance. To the city center is 7-10 min drive

Quiet, safe, convenient Good place for runners or everyone who loves to be active and sportive Spring saly pond 10-15 min walk. Very healing and warm water to swim Stores in the area walking distance. Eating place Argishty restaurant. Kayaking on the pond is fun thing to do. Big tennis court is in the buiding process. I love the light in the house from morning till evening and the view from all sides. Sunsets are amaizing.
