**Stylish Ground Floor Apartment with Stunning Views** Welcome to our stylish apartment located on the ground floor, featuring a small garden with fantastic views of the town and mountains. The apartment includes a spacious double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The open-plan living room offers a well-sized kitchen, dining area, and a sofa that converts into a comfortable sofa bed for 1 person. Skiing: Skiers will appreciate the proximity to three nearby lifts: * Pengelsteinbahn (2,100 meters) * Maierlbahn (2,000 meters), and Gaisbergbahn (950 meters) with a toboggan run. * Head to Kitzbühel on the ski bus in less then 10 minutes where you have the famous Hahnenkamm and Kitzbühler Horn mountains. These lifts provide direct access to the KitzSki ski area. Additionally, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser ski area is quickly accessible via the Ki-West gondola (2,500 meters). For your convenience, we recommend leaving your ski equipment at the depots near the lifts and enjoying a relaxed ride with the free ski bus. You also have access to a ski storage room to store your equipment. This apartment is perfect for those seeking comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps. The village center is a 15-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive away, where you'll find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a bakery, pharmacy, and cafes. We recommend leaving your ski equipment at the depots at the lifts and taking a relaxed ride with the free ski bus. For skiers, with Pengelsteinbahn (2,100 meters), Maierlbahn (2,000 meters) and the Gaisbergbahn (950 meters) with toboggan run with these 3 lifts in the immediate vicinity, as well as being the entrance to the ski area KitzSki. Also the ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser is quickly accessible via the Ki-West gondola (2,500m). You dont need a car but it is recommended. It's 2 minutes drive into the town center or 15 minutes walk. In winter as the apartment is on a hill, you need an all wheel drive car and possibly car chains although the road is cleared.
