We are a young and sportive familiy with three great boys and in our free time we do lots of beautiful activities in our area like swimming, hiking, mountain biking and skiing in winter.
Our appartments are the ideal starting point for many different activities. Directly in Umhausen: climbing walls for beginnes and advanced, Stuiben waterfall – the highest waterfall of the Tyrol, Ötzi village, bathing lake, kneipp facilities, health resort Vivea. hiking routes, biking routes and cross-country ski trails Near Umhausen and easy reachabe with a car or bus: Aqua Dome (curative thermal water ) Area 47 (adventure water park) sledge runs lots of different skiing areas from Sölden to Obergurgl and Ötz, Kühtai and Niederthai. The capital city Innsbruck can be reached in 40 minutes with the car and is good for sightseeing and shopping.
