Welcome to Bear and Bison Lake View - a unique 2-storey penthouse apartment in the heart of Zell am See. A luxury home away from home for families or groups of up to 8 guests. This exceptional, super modern house boasts breathtaking views of the lake from two-level windows and huge balconies. Situated on the side of the local piste, the house is just a few minutes' walk from the bustling town centre, while offering complete peace and privacy. On 200 sq. metres of private living space across 2 floors, the apartment offers 4 double bedrooms (all en-suite) and an exceptionally spacious open-plan kitchen / dining / living area, fully equipped and ready for hosting, entertaining, and bringing everyone together around the ultra-modern fireplace. The apartment also has its own utility room (washer/dryer/iron), a separate toilet with bidet, a small library area, and a reading nook. Large balconies are furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing. Guests have access to a carport with 3 parking spaces, an en-suite gym/ski room, and an outdoor jacuzzi.
