Ski in, ski out! Better you can not mark this beautiful, detached apartment building with 2 apartments right on the ski slopes of Kirchberg. In the morning directly on the slopes, without ski bus or queue - fantastic! The apartment house is located on the slopes to Fleckalmbahn. The house was built in 2018 and furnished to the latest standard. Both the Himmelschlüssel and the Beinwellapartment have a separate terrace. Ski room or storeroom is available directly in the same building. In summer, the hiking and cycling trails start right on the doorstep. The apartment house is easily accessible by car in summer and winter via a paved road, and you can park directly at the house. If somebody is hungry, you can fortify yourself in our mountain inn in Tyrolean style.

We are a small family business with guest house, chalets, apartments and an organic farm. The unique location of our farm increased a little over Kichberg in Tyrol and without neighbors makes us easy to relax in the meantime. In addition to working on the farm with beef chickens, chickens and bees, we also like hiking and mountaineering on vacation ever diving! However, our focus is currently on our two children Neela and Niklas.

Our location is slightly elevated above Kirchberg in Tyrol with a view of the beautiful Brixental to the left and to the right where the Wilder Kaiser is enthroned. Located directly on the slopes and with numerous hiking trails in front of the door, a dream for every mountain enthusiast. To Kirchberg in Tirol you need about 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. The Schwarzsee is 5 minutes away by car or 45 minutes via a beautiful hiking trail. There is also the golf club Kitzbühle-Schwarzsee. Tennis can be played and swimming pond can be found in 10 minutes walk. All cycling enthusiasts will find the Fleckalm Trail almost right outside the door.
