With our RESIDENCES Bhome & Guesthouse we have - in addition to our Hotel Unterbrunn & Apartments - 2 houses which offer our guests O central Location: near to Gondel, skislopes, lift, Supermarket, ski-rental, swim-lake, hiking-trails, bike-path, childrens playground O cheap(er) rooms with comfort / free wifi / O free use of Wellness-facilities in our Hotel Unterbrunn (pls. notice that the area is not opened in early spring time and autumn). Not everything is new and modern but the houses have a "soul and orign".
We as our "host-Family" and owners of Hotel Unterbrunn & Apartments & Residences are mostly near (you). You will find me at the reception for several times during day or we meet each other on the way from our neighbour-houses to Hotel or the house where we as a family have our HOME. Our children are going to school "just around the corner", spending their freetime on the football ground 100 m from the Residences or coming to meet some (guest) children hosted in the Hotel. That's how we understand the way: not only being owners - being part of it all ! and "living of" but more often living WITH! our guests...
Neukirchen is very nice village - surrounded by mountains. Guests will find a good structure with all facilities to have a great holiday experience BUT the village and its accommodations have the orign of local houses. Some of the Hotels are owned by members who are now the third generation of family. That is only one of the things that make it worth staying here - FAMILIAR in different ways. It is a beautiful and nice place to live - SAFE and clean - not big but GREAT!
