Located right off Vienna’s main shopping street, the Mariahilfer Straße, K+T Boardinghouse offers spacious rooms with traditional high ceilings and parquet floors. The Establishment is kept simple for easy going tourist who need a clean room with ist own bathroom inside in an extraordinary great location. There is no stress about waking up for breakfast, check in/check out times. You have your private room with bathroom inside and if you need we are there for you to help with tipps and suggestions or simply to have a Chat with you. All is minimised but still there, a fridge along the hallway, kettle with mugs in the rooms, cleaning tissues etc. Easy to go out and get a good breakfast around the Corner, there is a huge variety on offers around us. Beautiful stairs! You will have your own keys to come and go free. But please inform us about the check in time in advance. The establichment is absolutely non Smoking. We do not offer any entartainment as you will be here to Visit Vienna. We do offer lots of tipps and suggestions to discover Vienna with its sights, music, coffe culture and architecture site.
I am running this type of business more then 30 years by now. I have a great experience with people from all over the world. I have an academic degree in tourism managment absolved at the vienneese university of economics which is related to the job. I have been working with the greatest travel guides from the beginning such as Lets`go Europe, Frommer`s, Lonely Planet and Rick Steves. Nowadays booking channels are replacing the usage of the travelguide books.
The vicinity is outstanding. The biggest shoppingstreet Mariahilferstrasse is front of us, coffees, restaurants, bars in the vicinity, popular aerea for locals. Nashmarket is an easy walk, also the Spittelberg. You have evrything you need around us.Therefore we do not serve meals at all. Places where we the locals like to go in. Spittelberg is just a couple of minutes away from us. Full of places artis or studentlike with huge portions and great deals. The house itself is considered as one of the most precious house in the 6th district. The area is safe, Vienna is safe at all. We have not replaced any big sign on the house outside of the Business, so to find us follow the adress. That way we Keep our private and calm atmosphere. We have no Walking in Clients.
