Relax and unwind with your family & friends in this peaceful penthouse retreat. Enjoy a sun-drenched space with a private terrace, just a 5-minute walk from the Reumannplatz U-Bahn station (U1 line). You'll be steps away from a vibrant pedestrian zone with a variety of shops and restaurants. Vienna's main train station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) is a 15-20 minute walk or a quick 2-stop metro ride. Other convenient stops in the city center include: St. Stephen's Cathedral & Karlsplatz Opera.

Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, you're just moments away from a vibrant pedestrian-only street brimming with restaurants, bars, shops, and a lively farmers market. The U1 metro stop (Reumannplatz) and the bustling pedestrian street (Favoritenstraße) are just 350 meters (about 1,150 feet) from the apartment, with additional tram stops even closer. If you're driving, there are also a couple of parking garages conveniently located within a similar distance. Of course you can also park on the street in front of the building, provided there is space and you pay for it.
