Our newly built house offers you two spacious, modernly equipped apartments for a relaxing holiday in the Kappl/Paznaun-Ischgl region. Free Wifi, Flat-TVs in all double and living rooms and own toilets and showers in all double rooms are only some of the numerous amenities our house offers to you. It is possible to book our bigger apartment "Bergli" also if you would like to arrive with less than 6 persons. You will receive a cheaper price due to the lower number of people. However, we do close one or two double rooms, depending on the number of people arriving. For example, if 4 persons would like to come, we will close one double room in the apartment. So, two double rooms will remain (each with own shower and toilet). Subsequently, we can offer you exactly what you need.
The bus stops to Ischgl/Galtuer and also to Landeck are situated at shortest distance to our new house (20 and 50 meters). The public bus can be used for free, which is another offer of our region, worth to be mentioned. You will be able to reach our house without snow chains anytime in Winter, due to our central location. Further, you have the possibility to park your private car in our carport. So, no ice scratching is necessary in the morning. The next restaurant is situated only 500 meters away, offering regional dishes at a reasonable price. Next, the valley station of Kappl's skiing area you can reach in 1.5 km. The well-known skiing area "Silvretta Samnaun Arena" of Ischgl is situated only 8 km away, giving you the chance to enjoy over 200 km of pure skiing fun.
