Property information

The modern furnishings of the Room 4 apartments create a feel-good atmosphere, where you can relax after your tour of the city. During the summer months you can refresh yourself in the outdoor pool or sunbathe on the large terrace. Most apartments also have their own balcony or terrace. In just a few minutes you are right in the center of the city of Salzburg, almost all sights are within walking distance. Despite the city location, it is very quiet with us. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine and clothes dryer can be found in the common area and can be used for a small fee. Free WiFi is a matter of course throughout the house. As an additional free service, we provide bicycles, umbrellas and information material. Parking spaces are available directly at the apartment building. We look forward to you!

Neighbourhood information

The outstanding central location of the Room 4 Apartments enables you to reach the sights of the city on foot in no time during your stay in Salzburg. The old town with the world-famous Getreidegasse and the Große Festspielhaus are only 600 m away, but most of the other hot spots in the city are within walking distance. Despite the central location, the apartments are in an absolutely quiet environment.
