The property is very new and modern in central Vienna just 5 minutes walk from Hauptbahnhof Central Railway Station. The famous Belvedere Palace is at the end of the street. Guests have their own private bedroom, bathroom and toilet for their exclusive use. The property is exceptionally quiet. You also have full use of the pretty covered balcony, a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful lounge and dining room.

I am an ex Michelin Star chef and ex owner of a 5 star luxury hotel in Cape Town. I am very used to the hospitality industry. I will be happy to help you with places of interest and good restaurants. I am happy to help in any way I can. I live on the property but your rooms are private and exclusive. I am happy to socialise or leave you in peace !

The neighbourhood is one of the most prosperous in Vienna. The street is extremely quiet even though this is city centre. The surrounding architecture is typical of the Art Nouveau period. We also have the excellent Goldegg Cafe right on the corner of the street just a few metres away.
