The property is in a quiet location.on a block of 5 townhouses. Amenities all around within walking distance. Coles, K-Mart, coffee shop, excellent fish & chip, bottle shop, McDonald's, all in the hub you can see from our townhouse . 6min drive into Geelong CBD, 5mins to Geelong stadium Only minutes to Western Ring Road. Car hire is best for day trips. Walking distance to Barwon River if you are looking for a nice scenic walk or run. To do a bit of grocery shopping just down the road... walking distance. Quite a few local pubs also walking distance (may seem quicker on the way back..lol)
