Stylish, newly refurbished and spacious home in tranquil private gated complex with resort style facilities and direct beach access, just minutes from Byron Bay town centre. Three bedrooms, sleeps six guests. The Space: The expansive, light filled upstairs living zone enjoys incredible views of the Pacific Ocean and Arakwal National Park, just perfect for quiet relaxation. The spacious open living area adjoins both a sheltered sunny atrium courtyard and the large main balcony, perfectly setup for outdoor lounging with a view and providing the ideal outlook for watching whales passing by in the cooler months. Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a large comfortable lounge complete the space, with a further separate living zone/media room with Smart TV also available on the lower level. Enjoy creating relaxed holiday meals in the thoughtfully equipped chef’s kitchen with quality appliances, coffee pod machine, and hot, chilled and sparkling water on tap . Dine either indoors at the large dining table, or alfresco on the adjacent outdoor deck or courtyard areas. The three bedrooms provide ample space for up to six guests to sleep in comfort. The expansive ground floor master suite has direct access to the private garden and offers a walk in robe and luxurious ensuite with bathtub. The two upstairs bedrooms each access a balcony with views to the hinterland mountain. The main bathroom adjoins these two bedrooms and a separate toilet is also provided.
