Situated in Broadwater, the villa is in the middle of Busselton, a short drive to Dunsborough and the Margaret river region.
The villa is two storey with three bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is ground floor. Both bathrooms have showers and there is an open kitchen, dining and living room. There is a small rear patio seating area, this is a shared access pathway between other villas. The beach is a short stroll away and you also have access to the onsite swimming pool.
Cape villa does not accept pets to stay, hen, stag parties or events are not permitted. Under 21's are not permitted without adult supervision and leavers, hen and bucks groups are not permitted to stay at the villa.
