Church Lane Accommodation is the newest accommodation in Milawa, completed July ‘22. It consists of two private self contained apartments, adjacent to the historical St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, built in 1866, which became the Uniting Church around 1977. We’re at the beginning the King Valley’s Prosecco Road, so if you feel like a drive, there’s numerous wineries up the King Valley with great food and wine.
Within walking distance to Brown Brothers Winery and Cellar Door, the Milawa Cheese Factory, Milawa Bread, Walkabout Apiaries, Wylde Jean. for coffee and gifts, AVA Dining Restaurant for fantastic food, Milawa Hotel and Milawa General Store, you don’t really need to drive anywhere. We’re on one of Victoria’s most picturesque rail trails, so if you’re into cycling, bring your bike or there’s a local business that does bike hire, the electric bikes with baskets and saddle bags make it easy to bring home beautiful wine, cheese and crusty breads or takeaway from local producers.
