This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment boasts incredible city skyline views from a truly prime location. Enjoy a comfortable, fully self-contained stay with a complete kitchen, laundry, and fantastic in-building facilities. Brand new 2bed 2bath high end luxury apartment with amenities! HIGH LEVEL. WIFI. CLEAN. FREE PARKING Property and all things in the house are totally new. Bean bags are in the living so just laze around like a couch potato watching TV and unwind. Queen size mattress. It’s a very comfortable and cozy place with all basic amenities in the house and condo. We not only clean but disinfect thoroughly and make sure the next guest sleeps comfortably and feel safe at home. There is aircon with cold and heating mode in the living room. Our place is situated in an excellent area in the city where surrounding are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, train and bus station. We are popular for our coffee so put your foot into cafes and restaurants. Take a sip! Tram is right in front and around our building which you can take ahead to Victoria Market, lCrown Casino, Sea Aquarium, stadium, Docklands and more places of interest! Yes! It’s FREE TRAM ZONE in CBD! Commute around freely or I would strongly suggest to take a walk and experience Melbourne City! Otherwise if you have more than 1 car coming, there are street parking right below our building. It’s free parking after 10pm. Check in instructions are provided after booking. ONLY One set of key + fob + carpark remote is provided.
