>>By attending the property, you agree to the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent for signing at the time of booking.

>>Guests must provide a copy of their ID (front and back) and a selfie photo for security and insurance purposes.

>>A security charge hold deposit $250 is required and will be authorised separately. Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction.

>>No schoolies or toolies permitted.

>>The property hosts up to 4 adults comfortably.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ✦ Guest Rules ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

>>Parking is limited: maximum of 1 car.

>>Special requests ( ie extra bedding/sofa bed to be made ) must be made 48 hours in advance.

>>Last-minute requests incur a $100 setup fee (minimum 2 hours’ notice required).

>>Same-Day Booking Policy: Bookings must be made before 6:00 pm. Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access.

>>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.)

>>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond.

>>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking

>>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges.

>>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

>>Guests are liable for all costs from breaches or damages. Security staff may inspect the property if issues arise.

>>Unauthorised guests: Bond forfeited + immediate eviction.

>>Parties / functions / gatherings: loss of Bond plus an additional $1,000 fine + booking terminated with no refund.

>>Smoking: $1,000 “Smoke Damage” cleaning fee.

>>Security call-outs:

>>>>>>1st call-out: $250

>>>>>>2nd call-out: $500 + immediate eviction. >>Neighbour complaints / police involvement: Bond forfeited + $1,000 fine.

>> Bodycorporate areas must be left how you found them ie top deck and bbq area fees may apply

>>A refundable security charge hold bond is required:

>>>>>>$250 – 1 & 2 bedroom units

>>Group stays ie Special occasion stays (boys/ girls weekends or similar events – A higher bond of up to $5,000 may be required. Please contact us for approval before booking.

>>Check-in: from 3:00 pm >>Check-out: by 10:00 am (unless arranged in writing)

>>Late check-out without notice: $100 per hour (cleaners waiting fee).

>>Early check-in: may be requested within 24 hrs of arrival (subject to availability, may incur a fee).

>>Late check-out: must be requested at least 24 hrs before departure (subject to availability, may incur a fee).

>>Please respect neighbours at all times when entering, leaving, and staying at the property.

>>Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been granted.

>>Any unauthorised guests = immediate eviction + cancellation with no refund.

>>Guests must be 25 years old or above to book and stay at this property.

Please inform Azure Sands - Beachfront Escape- Pool Spa Games in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 07:00:00.

A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
